Product Coverage & Support

At Tronpo, we’re committed to delivering quality sandals—beach sandals, leather sandals, everyday/regular-wear, and open-toe styles—so every pair arrives ready for comfort and use.

 

Inspect Your Order Promptly

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 24 hours via our Contact page or by emailing hello@tronpo.com. Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos and/or a short video clearly showing the issue

 

Our Product Coverage

All eligible Tronpo sandals are protected against manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of delivery. This coverage applies to defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential use and care (per the product care instructions).

If a specific product includes an extended coverage period, it will be clearly listed on that product’s page.

 

How to Make a Warranty Claim

  1. Contact us at hello@tronpo.com or through the Contact page with your order number and a description of the issue.
  2. Attach photos/video of the defect and, if requested, a photo of the style tag or batch label.
  3. We may provide a prepaid return label or request the item be returned for inspection. Returned items must be clean and dry.
  4. If your claim is approved, we will, at our option, repair the item, replace it with the same or a comparable item, or issue a refund or store credit. Replacements continue the remainder of the original warranty period.

 

What’s Not Covered

Coverage does not apply to:

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., outsole abrasion/tread wear, creasing, scuffs, minor fraying, and color fading from sun/washing)
  • Fit or comfort preferences, sizing issues, or break-in discomfort (see our Refund Policy for eligible returns)
  • Damage from misuse or improper care (e.g., exposure to chemicals/solvents, extreme heat, machine washing when not advised)
  • Water/salt/chlorine damage to non-water-friendly styles such as leather sandals; prolonged submersion beyond product guidance
  • Stains, odors, mold/mildew, or pest damage
  • Cosmetic issues not affecting function
  • Commercial use or rental when the product is intended for residential/personal use
  • Unauthorized alterations or repairs, loss/theft, fire, or unrelated water damage
