At Tronpo, we want you to step into every season with confidence. All eligible footwear includes clear coverage for manufacturing defects, so you know exactly what to expect.
Inspect Your Order Promptly
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If you notice any damage or defects, contact us within 48 hours through our Contact Us page or email hello@tronpo.com. Include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos and/or a short video showing the issue
Coverage Details
Eligible products are covered for 12 months from the delivery date against:
- Defects in materials
- Defects in workmanship under normal wear conditions
If a specific item offers an extended coverage period, it will be clearly stated on its product page.
What’s Not Covered
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper care, or unauthorized repairs
- Modifications or alterations to the product
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., outsole wear, fading, minor scuffs)
- Cosmetic changes that do not affect function or performance
