Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love your order—but if something isn’t quite right, we’ve got your back with a clear and hassle-free return process. Our return and refund policy includes:

60-Day Returns

You have 60 days from delivery to request a return.

10-Day Processing

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive your item.

Return Shipping

Customers cover return shipping. We recommend using a trackable method.

How To Start A Return

To initiate a return, please email us at hello@tronpo.com with the following information:

  • Your order number (e.g., 1001GL)
  • The email address used at checkout

Our team will guide you through the next steps based on your return option.

Return Options

Option 1: Refund to Original Payment

We may start a return process where we may refund 100% of the purchase price upon a successful receipt of the item to the following return address. Sale items are not eligible for this option. The customer is responsible for shipping the item(s) back. We suggest getting a tracking number so we may be able to track the item(s) and get an estimated arrival date.

Option 2: Free Replacement (Damaged, Incorrect, Missing Parts or Lost In Transit Items)

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with missing parts, just send us 2-3 photos to our email address hello@tronpo.com. We’ll ship a replacement at no cost and also provide a pre-paid return label for the damaged/defective item, if applicable. For any missing parts, we will do our best to replace the parts or replace the item all together without any extra cost to the customer.

Option 3: Up To 50% For Special Circumstances

On certain circumstances, we may extend a 50% discount based on the original price of the item(s), excluding taxes and fees, refunded back to the form of payment used. The customer would be able to keep the item(s).

Option 4: Store Credit Refund (120% Value)

We would extend the customer a 120% gift card based on the value of the item(s), applicable for future purchases at our store, excluding taxes and fees. This is a great option as we are constantly bringing new items to market which you may use for yourself or for gifts. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags/accessories
  • Request it within 60 days of delivery
  • Ship the item back within 7 days of approval

What Can’t Be Returned?

These items cannot be returned or refunded, unless defective

  • Items marked final sale (store credit or exchange only, if returned)
  • Customized or personalized items such as engraved sandals
  • Virtual gift cards (for tronpo.com purchases only)

All returns should be addressed to the following address. Update the shipping details with your order number and customer name as shown below.

Shipping Returns Outside The USA

Please contact us at hello@tronpo.com and we will provide a return address.

Refunds & Timing

We’ll issue your refund within 10 business days of receiving your return. Any shipping insurance, if purchased and available, is non-refundable. Your bank may take a few extra days to post the refund.

Cancellations

Need to cancel? You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, it goes into processing and can’t be canceled. Email hello@tronpo.com right away if you need to cancel.

Refused or Missed Deliveries

No restocking fee (except for refused/uncollected orders). If you refuse delivery or miss a pickup, a 25% restocking fee (minimum $20) will be deducted from your refund. Prefer a reshipment? Request it within 15 days of the return notice—we pay for it.
