30-Day Easy Returns

Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging.

Return Costs

For Defective Products: Free of charge. This applies to items that are incorrect, damaged during shipping, or defective.

For Change of Mind (Customer Remorse): Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping if they purchase the wrong product, the item doesn’t fit, or they no longer want it. Return shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Instructions

1. Contact Us: Email us at hello@tronpo.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Pack Your Item: Repackage the item in its original packaging, ensuring all accessories, tags, and documents are included.
3. Send it Back: Drop your package at the nearest shipping carrier location, following the instructions in your return authorization email.

Refund Process

Inspection: After we receive your return, we'll inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria.

Refund: Once inspected, your refund will be processed. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method, as times vary depending on your bank or provider.
